Cathy Clancy, MVP’s Chief Operations Officer, has devoted her career to helping improve the lives of those in our communities who need it most. After working for several years with providers, community centers, and hospitals, Cathy realized she could make an even greater impact through program development and process management on the managed care side. Thanks to her dedication to community health and well-being—and by serving as a catalyst for expanding access to health insurance state-wide and improving the quality of health care for more than 700,000 members—Cathy is considered one of New York State’s most forward-thinking executives working in Medicaid Managed Care today.
